Although it's been more than a decade since he has passed on to be closer to those he served, Ali Mohammad Rizvi (Sachay bhai) still remains not only the face of Zulfiqar-e-Haidery, but a symbol of South Asian azadari all over the world.
Today, we continue Sachay bhai's legacy of 4 decades in his pursuit of the ideals his Imam Hussain (a.s.) sacrificed all he had for. The torch has been passed from father to son, and Ali Raza Rizvi continues to lead his father's anjuman, Zulfiqar-e-Haidery into a new century of Hussainiat.
Today, Sachay bhai’s legacy isn’t confined to azadari within the walls of our imambargahs and homes. The enthusiasm and dedication of our young azadars that are apart of this AZH family, is incredibly beautiful to witness. As they spend countless hours formulating and implementing ideas to further help the local community, as well as humanity as a whole, it motivates more of us to join the youth and do everything we can to help those in need.
